Randy is the Corporate Broker for Fortis Residential Realty, holding a Nevada Real Estate Broker License and Property Manager Permit.  He is a Certified ShortSale Professional (CSP), has completed the UNLV Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies Commercial Certification and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate.  He is a member of the Greater Las Vegas, Nevada, and National Association of Realtors.

Born in LA, Randy grew up in Las Vegas.  He is a 1999 graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.  At UNLV, Randy earned the Board of Regents Outstanding Student Award, was President of Psi Chi- the National Honor Society for Psychology, Beta Theta Pi Fraternity Scholarship Chair, UNLV Rugby Captain 1995-1996, Western Psychological Association Outstanding Researcher, and two term Student Senator.  He was a part time Substitute Teacher for the Clark County School District for 10 years, and serves in Children’s Ministries and Family Promise at The Crossing Church.  Randy was recently appointed to the Board of Directors for Family Promise of Las Vegas (www.FamilyPromiseLV.com), and is Chair of the Fund Development Committee.  He is a proud dad to Niki, Jayden, and Gavin, and coaches Gavin’s youth soccer team.  “I do my best to practice the highest ethical standards and excellence in business based on Biblical principles, for taking care of business and people; and ultimately, Kingdom building through business.”

Melinda ‘Sue’ Blount, REALTOR is originally a California Girl. She received her Real Estate License in 1992, where she practiced both Mortgage Lending and Residential Real Estate. In 2003, she relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada where she obtained her Nevada Real Estate License as well.   Since then, she has received her ABR (Accredited Buyers Representive) and GRI (Graduate Residential Institute) Certifications. She is also a member of The Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS.
